Prone, Standing and Kneeling (PSK)

The 20 yard range at Yealmpton is also approved for PSK shooting with .22 small-bore rifles.

The prone element is fired on the standard 10 shot, 20 yard target (2010BM) whilst from the kneeling position, two shots are fired at each of the 5 diagrams on a 2002BM card.  Standing requires 5 shots to be fired at each of two diagrams on a 2005BM card.

Extra equipment is required for this discipline, such as kneeling rolls and (if you are doing it seriously, special shooting trousers and flat-soled shoes.
