The Lightweight Sporting Rifle (LSR) is a .22cal rifle shot in the standing position, from the two firing points at 20 yards in our “Air” range.

LSRs are smaller, shorter and lighter 'carbine' type rifles either single shot or semi-automatic (self-loading) rifles. These are shot in three main competition categories - Precision, Rapid Fire and Standard.

.177 and .22 Air Rifle may also be used in LSR competitions.
