At recent Devon Champion of Champion competitions Greg Hamley became Devon prone champion and 18 year old Mark Rickard became Devon LSR champion.

About Yealmpton & District Rifle Club

Situated in the beautiful South Hams region of Devon and established in 1894, Yealmpton & District Rifle Club is one of the oldest rifle clubs in the South West of England.
We are currently Plymouth & District Champions and shoot in Division One of the Devon County League.
Just 8 miles from Plymouth, the club has two indoor ranges offering facilities for Prone Rifle, Three Position Rifle - Prone, Standing and Kneeling (PSK), Lightweight Sporting Rifle (LSR), Bench rest rifle, Air Rifle and Air Pistol. One range with four firing points at 25 yards and the second with two firing positions at either 20 or 10 metres.
The club caters for shooters of all standards, from beginner to Mastershot. New members are always made welcome and instruction is given in all aspects of firearms and range discipline as well as tuition in the techniques of successful marksmanship.

NRSA Centenary Plaque
Yealmpton & District Rifle Club is one of just a few UK Rifle Clubs to have been awarded the NSRA Centenary Plaque in recognition of the club being in existence between 1901, the year the NSRA was founded, and 2001 their Centenary year.
